Claim in three steps
- Find your branch. Search above and open your branch page.
- Click “Is this your branch? Claim it”. Sign in with Google, or enter your work email on your agency’s domain for a 6-digit code.
- Fill in your profile and send your review link. Changes go live after a quick check, usually within a working day.
How the rankings stay fair
- Evidence, not adverts. Scores come from public records and verified reviews: HM Land Registry sold prices matched to your listings, stock on your own website, Companies House, the redress schemes, and reviews. See the method.
- No pay-to-rank. Claiming adds a small trust signal for being verified, the same for every agent, and nothing you could ever pay for changes your score or position.
- You can’t edit the numbers. Agents edit their own description, services, fees and logo; stock, sold prices, scores and reviews are ours to report and yours to reply to.
- Every figure is sourced and dated, so anyone, person or AI, can check it.

Can I pay to rank higher?
No. The Agent Score is calculated from evidence: sales performance against HM Land Registry, reviews, market presence and trust signals. Payment never changes a score or a position.
How do I claim my branch?
Open your branch page and click 'Is this your branch? Claim it'. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile, or use your work email on your agency's website domain to receive a 6-digit code.
Why is my branch already listed?
Find a Local Agent lists every estate and letting agent office in the UK from the government-approved redress scheme registers, so home movers can compare all of them, not only the ones that pay.
How do my Google reviews feed through?
Connect your Google Business Profile from your profile page with one sign-in. Your overall Google rating and review count then refresh every night. We never post or change anything on Google.
Can I remove a bad review?
No, but you can reply publicly. Reviews that break our review rules, for example abusive or defamatory ones, are removed when reported.
Where does my stock and sales data come from?
Live stock is read from your own website, never from the portals, and matched to HM Land Registry completions to measure price achieved against asking and time to sell.
How do AI assistants use this?
Every page is written to be read and cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, with sourced, dated figures and structured data. A complete, claimed profile gives them more to say about you.
