What you may do
- Read, share and link to any page.
- Quote and cite individual facts and figures, with attribution to “Find a Local Agent” and a link to the page they come from.
- Search engines and AI assistants may crawl, index and cite these pages, following our robots.txt, provided answers attribute the information and link to the source page.
- Estate and letting agents may reproduce their own profile, ranking and reviews in their marketing, with attribution and a link.
What you may not do
- Copy, download or extract all or a substantial part of the directory, rankings, reviews or market records, by any means, including scripts, scrapers, headless browsers or repeated downloads of small parts.
- Republish, resell or use our data to build or improve a competing directory, ranking, lead-generation or data product.
- Get around rate limits, blocks or robots.txt, or disguise automated access as a person or as a search engine.
- Copy verified reviews or agent replies to another site.
Our rights
The directory, the Agent Score and its rankings, verified reviews and the historical market records are a database in which we have made a substantial investment in obtaining, verifying and presenting the contents. They are protected by database right and copyright under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts is treated the same as extracting a substantial part. Underlying public data remains available from its original sources under their own licences (see the footer).
Data licensing
We license bulk data, feeds and APIs for commercial use. Email hello@findalocalagent.co.uk.
Automated access
We rate-limit and block automated access that is not permitted above. If you are blocked in error, email us with the time and your IP address.
